playtome is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine identification documents include but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID.
playtome accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. playtome aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating hours, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security checks.

playtome's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
playtome reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.
You may close your playtome account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
